Position 1: Manager, Internal Audit 

minimum qualification and work experience 
 • Master’s Degree/ BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields 
 • 5/7 years of banking experience, respectively, of which 2 years as senior officer/ Team leader in the internal audit area. 
 • Knowledge of IFB is  profitable 
 position Head Office 

Position 2: Manager, Financing Follow-up & Portfolio Management 

minimum qualification and work experience 
 • Master’s Degree/ BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields 
 • 8 years of banking experience independently, of which 2 years as senior officer/ Team leader in the Financing Follow-up & Portfolio Management( Credit) area. 
 • Knowledge of IFB is  profitable 
 position Head Office 

Position 3: Principal Talent Development Officer 

Minimum qualification and work experience 
 • Master’s Degree/ BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields 
 • 4/6 years of experience, respectively, of which 2 years as senior training and development/ talent development officer. 
 Location Addis Ababa 

Position 4: Manager, Talent Management & Development 

minimal qualification and work experience 
 • Master’s Degree/ BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields. 
 • 6/8 years of experience, respectively, of which 2 years as senior officer/ Team leader in Talent Management & Development areas. 
 Location Addis Ababa 
 Knowledge of IFB is advantageous 
 Salary As per the Bank’s scale and seductive benefit package. 
 Employment Type Full time on the bank premises
