Position: Administrative Assistance
Minimum qualification and work experience
/ Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Administration, Management, or related fields
2/4 years of applicable experience.
Core Competency
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office( MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Work independently and organize complex pastoral tasks
Location Head Office
Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
Salary As per the Bank’s scale and attractive benefit package.
Employment Type Full time on the bank premises
