Position 1: Banking Business Officer I  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields with 1 year of banking operation experience.  

Required competencies  

Sales and Marketing  Customer Experience  IFB product Knowledge  

Problem Identification and Solution.   

Language Knowledge of the original language is advantageous

Knowledge of IFB is advantageous  

Place of work Diredawa, Tepi & Adama  

Position 2: Senior Banking Business Officer  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields with 3 years of banking operation experience, respectively of which 2 years as a branch banking Officer.  

Required abilities 

Branch operations  

Sales and Marketing  

Customer Experience: IFB product Knowledge  Problem Identification and result

Language: Knowledge of the original language is advantageous 

Knowledge of IFB is advantageous

Position 3: Financing and Investment Appraisal Officer II  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields with 4 years of banking experience, respectively of which 2 years as an inferior officer in the Finance & Investment( Credit) area.  

Place of work: Addis Ababa, Head Office.  

Position 4: Senior Financing and Investment Appraisal Officer  

Required Qualification and Experience  Education Master’s Degree/ BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other Business-related fields with 4/6 years of bank experience, of which 2 years as an officer in the banking & investment( credit) area.  Place of work: Addis Ababa, Head Office.  

Position 5: Branch Manager  

Required Qualification and Experience  Education: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields with 5 years of banking operation experience, of which 2 years as a senior officer/ customer service manager or original role in the branch banking area.  

Place of work: Addis Ababa & Agaro  

Knowledge of IFB is  profitable
