Position: Accounting and Administrative assistant
Required Qualification and Experience
education you must have completed secondary( or original) studies or further
You're fluent in spoken and written French, English, and Amharic
You have solid experience in budgets and accounting
You're complete in using Microsoft Office applications( Outlook, Word and Excel)
You have excellent time management and organizational skills
Flexibility, resilience, patience, and the ability to deal with delicate situations are characteristics that distinguish you
You have a high position of discretion and responsibility

work Place Addis Ababa
Under the authority and supervision of the Head of Mission and the Deputy Head of Mission, you'll be required to perform the following tasks.
Ensure the day-to-day management of the Secretariat of the Embassy, including accounts using Microsoft Excel.
Manage the dockets of the Embassy platoon and the sanctioned correspondence and communication.
Liaise with other Delegacies, UN agencies, and the African Union to coordinate meetings and events
Oversight of the archiving of all incoming and gregarious Embassy correspondence
Assist with the operation of counting operations and manage the Embassy liquidities, ensuring all calculations and data entries are correct.
Examiner and ensure the proper execution of all Embassy-related payment transactions and maintenance contracts for aboriginal staff places
Assist with the organization of incoming visits and sanctioned Embassy events, inside and outside Embassy premises.
Assist the Embassy staff in all executive procedures related to their professional duties and life in the country of posting(political ID, driver’s license)
Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Mission and Deputy Head of Mission.
