Duties and responsibilities  

Supervise day- to- day operations related to customers.  

Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.  

Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the  platoon to meet them on a steady basis.  

Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.  Stay informed on the rearmost industry techniques and methods.

Consistently managing and overseeing advertising campaigns to ensure they ’re engaging  guests and bringing in results  Analyzing results from each campaign to determine what was successful and what to ameliorate for the coming campaign

Conducting promotional activities.  

Overseeing campaigns on social media.

Duties and responsibilities  

Complying with all  fiscal regulations.  

Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.  

coordinating the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers  

Creating periodic reports, similar as balance sheets, profit & loss statements,etc.

Maintaining accurate financial records.  

Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.  

Computing taxes.

Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
