Position 1: Manufacturing Development Specialist
Skills, Experience & Education
• First Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 5 years applicable experience in manufacturing Environment.
• Experience in Process improvement projects or specialized training is profitable.
Key Duties & liabilities
• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate the effective implementation of WCM through the creation of WCM Master Plans and the alignment of resources with factory leaders.
• insure loss data is recorded to standard through analysis and auditing;
• estimate improvement opportunities and focus areas for resources;
• Drive compliance to norms and ensure that stylish practices are entrenched through plant review audits;
• Actively involved in Capability Development Programmes facilitation and assessment, e.g. FLDP, TLDP, MCPL & UMDP.
• Coach, tutor and guide functional teams on implementing the Manufacturing Way and adhering to its principles.

Position 2: Machine Specialist
Skills, Experience & Education
• First degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years applicable experience in a manufacturing environment.

Position 3: Line Process Engineer
Skills, Experience & Education
First Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial/ Electrical Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 1 year applicable experience.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Detect problems with machinery.
• Lubricate crucial components of machinery.
• Inspect and Maintain the cleanliness of machinery and work environment.
• Ensure that all machine components are tightened properly.
• Restore or improve the machine/ equipment to eliminate faults.
• Comply with all applicable SHEQ legislation & procedures.
• Identify unsafe conditions & work practices and actions.
