Position 1: Junior Accountant
Required Qualifications and Experience. A degree in accounting or finance from a recognized university is required.
Experience: 0-1 years of accounting experience. Experience in real estate or construction is a plus.
The candidate should have a basic understanding of IFRS principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Former exposure to ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or related accounting software is highly preferred.
Attitude: High level of integrity, a “can-do" attitude, and a strong desire to learn complex real estate accounting.

Position 2: Senior Accountant
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Professional certification is highly preferred.
Experience 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
Specialized mastery of advanced Excel skills is obligatory. Experience with ERP systems, which are software platforms that help organizations manage and integrate important parts of their businesses, is essential.
Communication: The ability to translate complex “finance-speak" into clear, practicable insights and communicate among team members is desired.

Position 3: Senior Finance Manager (directorial Lead & IFRS expert)
Required Qualifications and Experience. or a master's in accounting or finance.
Certification ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is highly preferred due to the specialized IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). Knowledge of the real estate and construction sector is something else.
Software mastery: Expert-level knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems is obligatory. Knowledge of the CENET system, which is a software platform used for managing various aspects of real estate and construction projects, is a plus.
Technical Knowledge: A deep understanding of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and Ethiopian Commercial Code/Tax Laws, which govern financial reporting and taxation in Ethiopia, and other specialized knowledge is mandatory.
