Education & Experience Requirements BA in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field of study with 4 years of applicable banking experience.
Competency Requirements
Core Competency( Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus), Individual Competency (Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving) and Specialized Competency( Knowledge of banking Audit principles, experience in undertakes special investigation and report the audit finding to concerning organs, ability to review and validate audit finding and experience in Manages on- line checking of Book of Accounts of Branches against independent schedule).
