Position 2 INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT MANAGER
Competencies
- Excellent in strategic IT planning, including fostering innovation & allocating resources.
- Coordinate IT staffing, including hiring, supervision, scheduling, professed improvement, and discipline.
- Collaborate with and keep communications with executives and division heads within the institution.
- Negotiate and approve know-how vendor, outsourcing, and advisor contracts and repair agreements.
- Should have estimable skills in group leadership, worker improvement, and interpersonal communication.
Educational Qualification BSC/ MSC/ in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields
Experience A minimum of 10 years of applicable work experience. Out of which Four years in an administrative position.
Experience in Banks will be an added benefit
NB - The purpose of the position is to provide leadership and strategic management of all aspects of the MFI’s Information Technology and Digital Banking Services, ensuring the IT Department’s streamlined operation is aligned with the enterprise objectives of Metemamen MFI. Plan, coordinated, directed, and designed IT-associated actions of the institution offering executive path and assistance for every functional action of the IT division. The Information Technology Department Manager will work closely with other departments to establish, advocate, develop, implement, and assist cost-effective know-how options for all elements of the group. The IT Director will also be responsible for creating and implementing IT insurance policies, procedures, and pointers.
