Position 1 Senior Information System Security Officer
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or Any other related fields6.5/4.5 years of applicable experience, preferably banking, of which 2 recent years’ applicable officer in the banking industry
- Essential Function
- Lead programs and processes to monitor the emergence of new threats and vulnerabilities, assessing impacts and driving responses as applicable.
- Establish an information security and threat management functional capability and framework across the bank
- Manage the creation and production of timely, accurate, and instructional business and IT metrics relating to information risk enterprise. Utilize the Metrics to prioritize and respond to negative trends.
- Drive and maintain the information security management system, including Information risk across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with application owners to understand and address( as applicable) the threat position around the rucial Business application
- Ensure ongoing analysis of information security threats, vulnerabilities, and market trends. Determine the plicit impact on the BaBank'shreat Posture
- Conduct Information security risk assessments across the enterprise at suitable intervals. Ensure that crucial risk issues are understood, communicated, and traced on the threat register.
- Develop and maintain an effective information security architectural approach, ensuring that the approach is implemented under applicable standards
- Ensure that processes are in place and that staff is appropriately professed to respond to security incidents
- Lead the effort to maintain an effective and timely program to manage identity and access privileges.

Position 2 Senior Human Capital Training And Development Officer
Job Requirement
BA degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration Leadership, or other related fields with5.5 years of experience or MBA/ MA in the same field with3.5 years of applicable experience preferably in the banking industry, of which at least 2 years as an applicable officer position
Essential Function
- Identify training needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and surveys of employees, managers, and suggestions from EMTs.
- Design and develop training programs that meet the identified needs gaps.
- Deliver training programs using a variety of methods according to the bank’s rules, regulations, and demands.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by collecting feedback from participants and measuring the impact of training on employee performance and productivity.
- Stay up-to-date on the recent trends and developments in training and development.
- Partner with other departments districts/ branches to ensure that training programs are aligned with the Bank’s overall goals and objectives.
- Perform other duties as required.

Position 3 Manager, Strategic Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Division
JOB REQUIREMENTS BA/ MBA/ Mama in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Management, or any other related fields with 8.5/6.5 years of experience in applicable fields, preferably in the banking industry, of which 2 years in applicable senior officer position in the banking industry.
Essential Function
Perform the medication of the strategic plan and functional level strategy of the Bank,
Consolidates and prepares periodic plan and budget of the bank,
Prepares and consolidates periodic yearly, daily, and annual performance reports,
Implement commercial and department performance measurements revisit as necessary,
Conduct studies to assess the Banks strategic performance and advise the department regarding the results of studies,
Performs planning, monitoring, and evaluation reports of the Bank in an orderly and timely manner, to the required quality, in line with plans and commercial requirements,
Reviews proposals for major capital expenditures to ensure conformity with plans and determines profitable justification of proposals,
Prepare and consolidate the action plan of the Bank,
Perform other related duties as assigned.
