We're seeking a professional and friendly Office Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for the organization and support diurnal executive operations.
Position 1: BIM (Building Information Modeling) fellow
Qualification: BSc Degree in Architecture or related field of study, 3 Years of Working Experience
Certificate in BIM Management. As a BIM coordinator, you'll be responsible for looking after a team to ensure that a project runs smoothly and to the specifications required. This involves working closely with BIM technicians( AR Revit, ST Revit, MEP Revit) who are responsible for producing specialized drawings and models.

Position 2: Quality Assurance Supervisor
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality assurance/ quality control in the construction or real estate sector, with at least 2 years in an administrative role.
Specialized Skills
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishing works.
Knowledge of Ethiopian building codes and applicable international standards.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and design operation tools, with experience in QA software, is a plus.
Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Certification QA/ QC training, ISO 9001 certification, or equivalent is an advantage.

Position 3: Senior Architect
Qualifications & Requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
Professional license/ registration with the Association of Ethiopian Architects (AEA) or eligible for registration.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in real estate or large- scale mixed- use projects.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, built projects.
Proficiency in design software, AutoCAD, Revit/ BIM, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Suite(Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian building canons and international design standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
