Position 1- Biomedical Expert

JOB SUMMARY  

Working with and directly reporting to the Deputy Director of Commercial Centers, the Biomedical mastermind will be in charge of maintaining electrical  outfit,  form overhaul services of health  installations  outfit and electrical  factors, install and managing the biomedical and laboratory  bias of MSI Ethiopia-  possessed centers( Maternity Centers and SRH centers and MSI Ethiopia supported  installations Private health  installations)  give electrical  conservation, install new medical  outfit, overhaul services of health  installations  outfit and electrical  factors, install and manage the biomedical and laboratory  bias.  

Duties and Tasks  Perform  listed  preventative  conservation on laboratory and biomedical  bias to all MSI Ethiopia  possessed centers and MSI supported private health  installations.  Training staff to use  outfit safely.  Troubleshoot and  form office machines.  Perform electrical  conservation and installation works as per the  conservation request raised.  Maintain, support, and supervise the  exigency  creators with the technicians assigned.  

Maintain the air conditioners and refrigerators, washing machines and hand drieretc.  

Conduct  conservation and  form of clinical and medical  outfit to all MSI Ethiopia-  possessed centers and MSI- supported private health  installations.  

Delivering, assembling, and testing of medical  outfit, training technicians and end-  stoner.  

Develop medical  outfit specifications and  share in the specialized commission of MSI Ethiopia and perform a specialized evaluation during the procurement process of the  outfit.  Writing and attestation of specialized evaluation of medical  outfit reports  Support the procurement department for the accoutrements  ordered by the departments.  nearly work with  outfit manufacturers and  inventories of medical outfit on specialized issues  similar as malfunctions,  scarcities, spare  corridor, and implicit advancements. Record time and spare  corridor used; stock  presto- moving spare  corridor.  Produce daily, yearly, daily and monthly reports.  Perform affiliated tasks as  needed.

Education Parchment & above in Biomedical  conservation  

Experience

Position 2- Sinior Logistics and Asset Officer  

Working with and reporting to the Supply Chain Manager,

Senior Logistics and Asset Officer provides the necessary logistics andnon-medical stock and fixed asset  operation services to the support office, centers, and area  services; maintain accoutrements   duly and safely.  

Receives and distributes with proper attestationnon-medical stock and other  means coming to or out of the store; prepares report about movement and condition of stock and fixed property to the Supply Chain Manager  Maintain high-  position  storehouse and asset  operation  norms through developing excellence practices in  entering, issuing,  relating, dispatching, recording and reporting stock  particulars as well as association’s  means.  

DUTIES/ TASKS  responsible for  aiding the  force chain  director in the successful and timely inflow ofnon-medical  storehouse operations.  insure all association’s  means are  duly recorded and tagged as per Concern and  patron’s asset  operation policy.  Coordinate with area office Finance and admin officers and Center directors and get yearly Daily/ Biannual/ periodic stock/ Fixed asset report,  also review and consolidate the report for  operation consumption and manage the routine disposal of  means as per Concern and ACSO guidelines.  When necessary, visit field  services and  give the required support including on job training for field storekeepers, Center Mangers and APOs  brigades,  insure store  norms in all APOs and Centers are in line with Concern and  benefactors  demand.  insure the effective and  biddable disposal of  means and work  nearly with all APOs, Centers and SO  brigades to manage the asset disposal process to completion.  

Update ICM system for FAR- fixed asset register master list quarterly/ Biannually and share to the  operation as per Concern’s and  patron’s  means  operation policy and procedures.  produce good working  terrain within the Field  brigades and  insure  platoon are motivated to perform their duty.  insure for the compliance of  minimal  patron  norms like, separate stock records per  patron and IGA business units.  Coordinate with the procurement  platoon, plan and organizenon-medical  storehouse space for  forthcoming  inventories as per PO/ contract delivery schedule.  Establish reorder  position for consumable stocks  inventories like; clearing accoutrements , stationeries, IT machine tonners and fast- moving spare  corridor and  insure  inventories are restock before being stock out.  Report  incontinently when  disagreement, theft or damaged  formulators  linked or suspected  Check store’s physical structure and report  incontinently when  conservation is  needed  Establish good checking system for arrived  inventories involving applicable specialized  platoon  insure all store documents are  duly used in all time  responsible for working with the  force chain  director to  insure accurate and timely dispatch,  entering, and  shadowing of goods  maintain  force control systems for essential products; always keep  force current; notify  force  dearths on time  regularly identifiesnon-functionalnon-expendable  means at all MSIE  services and ensures that they're timely repaired, replaced and/ or  inclined following MSIE’s and government nonsupervisory agencies rules and regulations  develops and maintains asset register for allnon-expendable asset that includes model,  periodical number, asset  law,  position, custodian, status/ conditionetc. of eachnon-expendable asset  develops asset  requirements assessment,  conservation,  relief, and disposal plans and cover the  perpetration of conservation and  relief and disposal plans  plans and executes asset verification,  disquisition, and report on dissonances, make necessary recommendations to resolve  disagreement, and  modernize the asset register  ensures that proper records are established for MSIE’snon-expendable  means at all office  locales and that the  means are regularly checked for physical actuality and condition/ status  prepares a yearly conciliation with supporting schedules of the asset registers to the applicable account records, and resolve uncleared  particulars  reports on asset  operation information as  needed to internal and external stakeholders on time  establishes and executes a performance  dimension system to  estimate the effective application of  means  participates and facilitates during physical  force counts and spot checks  ensures that allnon-expendable  means are  ensured against damage or loss  incontinently after the receiving process is completed  follow up all fixed asset register and keep  lines  inked by  druggies for property under their  guardianship.  recording and  trailing  recently  entered of fixed asset and  streamlining the record regularly.  proposes the use of effective  storehouse handling  outfit and  storehouse systems   help in establishing standard specifications and canons for all major  orders of goods bought by MSIE  services.  takes responsibility for  storehouse ofnon-medical  particulars and  outfit in  agreement with MSIE Policy and procedure,  public  norms and ensures proper  perpetration.  puts to use proper stock control, application, timely ordering and restocking ofnon-medical  inventories.  makes sure allnon-medical accoutrements  are stored in applicable places down from rain, dust, pilferage, and deterioration.  receives, issues and transfers office  inventories and  outfit  pertaining to approved store documents  prepares and submits stock reports as per the association’s rules and regulations  regularly tracks and reports  near to expire, obsolete and slow- moving stock  particulars  provides data and participates in the medication of procurement planning process  insure proper handover take place to  colleague when you're down for leave or any reason.  Perform other duties as  needed by the nature of the position or as requested by Supervisor.
