Position 1 Junior IT Officer
Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a affiliated field Work Experience
• This is an entry position position; no experience is needed.
We only accept graduates of2021/22G.C. who has CGPA3.20 and above
Position 2 Card Operations Officer I
Qualification & Work Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, MIS or any other affiliated field.
• At least 2 times ’ applicable experience.
• Experience in the area of card operation is preferable.
Job objectives
• apply the operations policy and procedures.
• Perform the provision of card & Leg personalization and delivery to meet the client anticipation as per defined SLA.
• Manage dispatch wastes are returned after hand by authorized staffs of a customer.
• Follow the proper function of the card personalization & Leg printing machine and the card personalization result for timely delivery of cards & Legs.
• Follow the sock of applicable card perso machine spare corridor and the reorder position.
• Follow the card perso machines and card perso results logs, backup, archiving and retention are duly maintained regularly.
• Perform blank Card/ Leg mailer stock and remind guests to replenish when reaches reorder position.
• Managed damaged cards and handle card related inquiries from guests.
• Conduct and corroborate card conciliation.
• Conduct first hand preventative conservation of card and Leg personalization machines regularly.
• Maintain records of all substantiated, damaged, chip error cards & Leg Mailers.
• share in the operation of seller relationship and cover all support conditioning.
• Conduct periodic operation performance criteria .
• help in the design of operation capacity planning and make business durability.
• Follow the conservation, upgrade and migration of systems and machines.
• Work with the applicable work units in the exploration and development of new products, services and technologies.
• help in the medication of budget for the department
• help in erecting knowledge base from assignments learned.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the administrator.
• Attend incidents, interruptions and malfunctions at any moment.
• Prepare periodic reports.
